ABOUT.

Agustina grew up in Southwest Houston, spending her formative years and early teens assimilating into American culture, becoming an American citizen at age 14.
Her coming of age was spent in Houston and Austin, Texas alongside her sister.

After graduating with a Bachelor of Art in painting, Agustina moved to Venice, Italy where she worked as a glassblower and installation artist. After three years in Italy, Agustina’s interest in the built environment led her back to Austin to complete a four year master’s program in architecture. She has worked as an architect and public artist for over 13 years.


Agustina holds a Bachelor of Art and Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin and works independently as a visual artist and designer. She has worked on public art installations, civic art, mixed-use urban developments, office, retail, restaurant, and residential projects.

Agustina serves as a Lecturer at The University of Texas at Austin School of Architecture, teaching Interior Design. She is the cofounder of the non-profit NOMA of Central Texas Chapter (National Organization of Minority Architects).
